What’s your Why? podcast

In October I returned from an extraordinary Book Tour in Wyoming sparked by Fourteen Wolves (or The Wolves of Yellowstone as it is titled in the US) being selected as this year’s best children’s book by the organisation Wyoming Humanities. Sharing stories of people, nature, culture and history across the state, our story of the Yellowstone wolves’ reintroduction is a poignant tale in a land of wolves, bears, mountain lions, bison and mass migrations of pronghorn and elk. I had the opportunity to meet and learn from so many different people about the joys (and challenges) of living alongside wildlife in this vast landscape - with differing perspectives and experiences.

I was particularly thrilled that this Tour made it possible for me to meet and spend time with Yellowstone Wolf Historian Leo Leckie who kindly advised on my book. Together, we watched wolves… to hear more tune into What’s Your Why? podcast.
