As Patron of Reading of my local school, I have often launched competitions but the entries to this latest have given me sleepless nights. Children across the school were invited to inspire other eco warriors using any media they liked. The inspiration was my Eco Warrior Pocket Manual. It was almost impossible to choose a winner and my publisher Haynes kindly agreed to donate a copy of the book to all the fabulous eco warriors who took part. The prizes have gone to two extraordinary films (one of which is shown below) joint winners with each choosing an additional book. And here too are just a few of the inspiring entries from the children of Longtown Community Primary School, Herefordshire.
